Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Junior League Grand Strand, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We hope you love your purchase! Because our products are made-to-order through Printify’s print-on-demand network, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the product.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All of our products are custom printed specifically for you. Because of this:

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Wrong size, color, or design ordered
• Shipping delays beyond our control

Please double-check your order details, sizing, and shipping address before checkout.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier.

4. Exchanges

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges for sizing or preference issues. Please refer to the sizing guides on each product page before ordering.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The item is defective or misprinted
• The wrong item was sent
• The item was damaged in transit

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
