We sell print-on-demand products (such as apparel, accessories, home decor, etc.) made to order through Printify, a third-party fulfillment service. As such:

  • All products are custom made upon order and shipped directly from Printify's network of print providers.
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and Printify's production and shipping schedules.
  • Because items are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

3. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and other information on the Site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or other materials purchased will meet your expectations.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order you place with us
  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order
  • Cancel an order for suspected fraud, error, or violation of these Terms

You will be notified via email if your order is modified or canceled.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [USD $] and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout, which may include credit cards, PayPal, or other methods. Your payment information is processed securely; we do not store full credit card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production time of the print provider. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Customs duties or taxes (for international orders)

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or similar reasons.

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Sent incorrectly

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is the intellectual property of Junior League Grand Strand or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
