Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Junior League Grand Strand. All of our products are made-to-order using Printify’s print-on-demand network. Below you'll find details on how and when your order will be processed, produced, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Once your order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your item ships.

⏳ Please note: Because our products are custom printed, we require a short production time before shipment.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times begin after the item is produced (not at time of purchase).

📦 Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • The number of items in your order
  • The type of product(s)

We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring quality and reliability.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received the package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing an order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for free replacement.

8. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the Printify print provider handling each product. You will receive separate tracking information if this occurs.
